GROW is currently looking for a Technology Lead to be placed for one of our affiliate companies in the bank and finance services industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead Technical Teams & Strategy: Manage a team of engineers, define technical architecture and strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals and coding standards.
● System Design & Development: Design scalable and secure fintech/cloud solutions, develop core features, and oversee integration with internal and third-party systems.
● Ensure Application Stability & Security: Maintain 99.95% uptime, enforce advanced security protocols, and lead performance optimization efforts.
● Cross-functional Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor engineers, lead Agile practices, and coordinate closely with PM, QA, and UX teams for seamless project delivery.
● Customer & Continuous Improvement Focus: Resolve escalations promptly, drive customer satisfaction, stay updated on tech trends, and lead innovation through TechTalks and ongoing learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
● Expert proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React).
● Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
● 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in fintech or cloud environments.
● Proven experience leading medium-sized teams and managing complex projects is required.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
● Php 150,000
