GROW is currently looking for Staff Nurses to be placed for one of our clients in the United States under the F1 (Student) VISA.
Our client is a company based in New York City in the US and specializes in tackling critical workforce shortages in the U.S. by expanding and strengthening talent pipelines in high-demand fields. They are leveraging STEM-driven pathways to develop a strong international pipeline of skilled professionals, specifically the accountants and nurses.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s in Nursing
- Must hold an active PRC License
- A minimum of 1-year current experience in a hospital setting (bedside) or 2-5 years of hospital/bedside experience for no longer than 5 years in the current year
- Passing the NCLEX exam and being a USRN is preferred but not required
HIRING PROCESS

- Initial paper screening -> Initial Interview (recruiter) -> Info Session (Ms. Rache)
- CLIENT
- 3 interviews (Local team -> Nursing subject matter expert -> International team)
- Get the LOI from the client
- Offer Letter from the University
- Start Master’s Program in the US
- After 12 months and graduating, they will get an OPT for 3 years (hospital employer)
