GROW is currently looking for a Senior Content Creative Specialist to be placed for one of our clients in the E-Learning Industry.

Our client is an Education Technology company that provides e-learning, coaching, tutoring, and assessment services for K-12 in Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Mexico.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide creative teams.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in content creation or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or Graphics Design.
  • Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, Animation, Illustration, and Video Production, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Open to candidates from any industry; experience in the advertising industry or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Content Creation: Develop and execute high-quality multimedia content strategies (motion graphics, animation, video production) using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of creatives, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback into deliverables.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to introduce innovative ideas and keep content engaging.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve creative outputs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for effectiveness.

CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP 

  • Makati City, Metro Manila
  • Full time, Regular
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM (Manila Time)
  • Hybrid Work Set-up (may be required to go to the office in Makati City once a week)

RENUMERATION PACKAGE

  • Benefits (Upon Regularization):
  • Leave Benefits: 10 days Vacation Leave (increasing annually, up to a maximum of 20 days), 10 days Sick Leave (unused leave convertible to cash).
  • Health Coverage: HMO coverage for the employee + 1 dependent.
  • Other Perks: Communication allowance of P1,100/month.
  • Compensation:

Salary Range: P35,000 – P40,000 (all-in).
