GROW is currently looking for a SALES ENGINEER (PLANT SYSTEM SALES) to be placed for one of our clients in the electronics industry.

The Company keeps its pursuit of developing and innovating energy technology to establish strong global footprint, and will further contribute towards developing the social and industrial infrastructure of the world.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least three years of Plant System Sales experience for the Power Plant, Electrical Corporative, and Industrial Plant business is required.
  • Proven sales track record in Industrial Plant Sales business environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities of Transformer/Switchgear for the Power Plant, Electrical Corporative, and Industrial Plant.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with customers and achieve the KPI (Personal sales budget, target strategy).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s technical products or services, as well as the industry and market trends.
  • Provides expertise and support to sales team to communicate products, services and client needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the President and the Sales Manager.

 

CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP

  • Ayala, Makati City
  • Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm (Onsite)

 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary budget of 40,000 Php to 70,000 Php
  • Rice Allowance of 2,000 PHP
  • Transportation Allowance of 5,000 PHP
  • Meal allowance up to 600/day
