GROW is currently looking for a PROGRAM COORDINATOR to be placed for our sister company’s foundation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably a licensed social worker.
  • With at least 4 years of relevant experience working in an NGO.
  • With proven leadership skills and adaptability.
  • Self-starter and can implement the vision & mission of the foundation.
  • Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and approve program expenditures.
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities.
  • Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program.
  • Supervise the program’s staff.
  • Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.

 

CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP

  • Ayala, Makati City
  • Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (Onsite)

 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary budget of 25,000 Php to 30,000 Php
