GROW is currently looking for a PROGRAM COORDINATOR to be placed for our sister company’s foundation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably a licensed social worker.
- With at least 4 years of relevant experience working in an NGO.
- With proven leadership skills and adaptability.
- Self-starter and can implement the vision & mission of the foundation.
- Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and approve program expenditures.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities.
- Purchase or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program.
- Supervise the program’s staff.
- Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program and set priorities for managing the program.
CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP
- Ayala, Makati City
- Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (Onsite)
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Salary budget of 25,000 Php to 30,000 Php
