Position: Production Technician (for Belgium)
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related experience preferably from the food manufacturing industry
- Must have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of large production machines
- Completed at least 2 years in college
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosis and repair: dive deep into mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve malfunctions
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts to keep the machines in top condition
- Work closely with teammates to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Maintain malfunction reports in the maintenance software (Ultimo) to gain insights and implement continuous improvement

- With technical exam as part of the hiring process
- Salary is in range from 18,67 to 20,92€/hour depending on total experience
- Shift allowance 7% on hourly wage
- Night allowance 20% on hourly wage
- Meal vouchers 8€/day
