GROW is currently looking for a Pre Sales Engineer to be placed for one of our clients in the computer systems design and related services industry.
Our client is a global banking and social payments, interbank networks, managed service and financial services industry.
Job Summary
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be crucial in bridging client needs with Client’s offerings. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement and Solution Design: You’ll understand clients’ technical requirements, provide strategic guidance, and actively support the design of tailored solutions.
- Technical Presentations and Proposals: A key part of the role involves delivering proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and development teams to refine and enhance the company’s product direction based on market and client feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least three years of experience in the IT field or a relevant technology-involved role, with a strong interest or knowledge in fintech (banking domain experience is a plus).
- General knowledge or experience with enterprise software applications and/or infrastructure, coupled with the ability to simplify complex technical problems into understandable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and similar applications is expected, and the role requires working onsite in Makati.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, and collaborate with sales to deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on company products and solutions, providing technical guidance and support to both customers and prospects.
- Capable of creating and delivering technical training, writing comprehensive technical documentation and proposals (both solution and financial), and conducting market research to identify trends.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities efficiently, and handle sensitive customer information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

- Monday to Friday ( 9AM to 6PM ) Hybrid
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Salary range 40,000 – 45,000
- HMO free 2 dependents – Upon regularization
