About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing online campaigns that drive traffic, boost conversions, and increase brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our sales, content, and creative teams to ensure our digital presence reflects our unique style and connects with the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all online marketing initiatives: social media, email, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and paid ads
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Analyze digital performance and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and graphic designers for campaigns
- Oversee product launches, promotions, and monthly calendar planning
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Monitor online reviews, engage with customers, and manage community feedback
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in online/digital marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong grasp of social media strategy, content creation, and brand voice
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, website traffic metrics, and basic e-commerce workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- A love for fashion and the ability to identify what resonates with style-conscious customers
