Job Qualifications:

  • Must have a PRC License
  • Must be a graduate of Library and Information Studies or any related field
  • Having a Masters Degree is an advantage
  • With at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining school libraries and resources; maintain and organize reading materials, and references.
  • Knowledgeable in the check-out process, and cataloging every book, publication, films, and other materials.
  • Must have a good organizational and communication skills

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the school’s library online system regularly.
  • Organize every reading materials – book, publications, and films.
  • Submit reports and perform some administrative tasks when needed.
  • Daily tasks include shelving books, shelf reading, filing book cards, and date due slips for all books.
