Job Qualifications:
- Must have a PRC License
- Must be a graduate of Library and Information Studies or any related field
- Having a Masters Degree is an advantage
- With at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledgeable in maintaining school libraries and resources; maintain and organize reading materials, and references.
- Knowledgeable in the check-out process, and cataloging every book, publication, films, and other materials.
- Must have a good organizational and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the school’s library online system regularly.
- Organize every reading materials – book, publications, and films.
- Submit reports and perform some administrative tasks when needed.
- Daily tasks include shelving books, shelf reading, filing book cards, and date due slips for all books.
