GROW is currently looking for a LEAD SPECIALIST (SAP ABAP DEVELOPER) to be placed for one of our clients in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience.
- HCM Experience preferred while Fiori Experience an advantage.
- Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML.
- Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services.
- Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web based business process as a service application solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be aware of company objectives, respect them and act on them.
- Guarantee that the team members are following company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that work and team environment provide a stimulating atmosphere that generates high levels of engagement in its members.
- Allocate work in order to develop individual team members’ skills and potential, and ensure individualized career development plans for each direct report.
- Communicate all important company or business information to the team members.
CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP
- Eastwood, Quezon City
- Monday to Friday; Shifting (WFH)
- Expect weekend or holiday reporting (with overtime pay)
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Salary budget of 80,000 Php to 107,000 Php
