GROW is currently looking for Financial Accountant to be placed for one of our clients in the Financial and Accounting Industry for deployment to Cayman Islands
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA (or equivalent: CA/ACCA)
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting systems, and Excel
- Good communication, analytical, and leadership skills with ability to meet deadlines
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and record financial transactions, including receivables, payables, payroll, and cash flow
- Prepare accurate financial reports for multiple entities and perform budget vs. actual analysis
- Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and ensure proper costing and depreciation
- Supervise, train, and support accounting staff in daily operations
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- CI$35,000 to CI$55,000 per annum.
- Benefits include a company-sponsored pension plan (matched 100% up to 5% of compensation)

- three weeks of paid vacation.
