GROW is currently looking for Customer Success Manager / Senior Manager to be placed for one of our clients in the Education Technology (EdTech) and Educator Development sector.
Our client is mission-driven organization focused on empowering educators through innovative learning programs, digital learning solutions, and educator community-building initiatives. The organization works closely with schools, educators, government agencies, NGOs, foundations, and institutional partners to drive meaningful educational outcomes and long-term impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, Program Management, Community Engagement, or related fields
- At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, NGOs, government agencies, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills • Experience with digital platforms, learning technologies, or education programs is a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and partner organizations
- Drive the successful adoption and implementation of educational programs and digital learning platforms
- Develop engagement initiatives and learning communities for educators
- Manage partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders to support program growth • Monitor engagement and program performance to improve customer experience and impact
CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP
- Mandaluyong City
- Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm; hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home).
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- 80K – 190K Salary Package
