GROW is currently looking for Business Development Specialist.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and assist in executing sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in English (oral and written)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
– With at least 6 months to 1 year working experience
– With working experience in Sales, Marketing or any Business field
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to company growth.
– Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

– Maintain and regularly update the customer/client database such as names, contact numbers and email addresses
– Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between the team and the clients for discussion of new opportunities and business expansions
– Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
