GROW is currently looking for a Business Development Account Officer to be placed for one of our clients in the E-Learning Industry.

Our client is an Education Technology company that provides e-learning, coaching, tutoring, and assessment services for K-12 in Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Mexico.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must have at least 3 years of sales experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, preferably in the Publishing, Tech, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries;
  • Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; (an MBA is advantageous but not required).
  • Knowledge of the e-learning sector, with a focus on K-12 education institutions, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to analyze trends and competitive programs across the education industry.
  • Willingness to work and travel in various locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute business development strategies to optimize sales of Quipper’s e-learning products.
  • Implement and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Establish connections in the education sector through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with various private and public schools and institutions.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Area to handle: Ormoc, Leyte

CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP 

  • Ormoc, Leyte
  • Full time, Regular
  • Mondays to Fridays, with work during weekends or Philippine holidays, if needed.
  • 100% Fieldwork

RENUMERATION PACKAGE

  • Benefits (Upon Regularization):
  • Leave Benefits: 10 days Vacation Leave (increasing annually, up to a maximum of 20 days), 10 days Sick Leave (unused leave convertible to cash).

  • Health Coverage: HMO coverage for the employee + 1 dependent.
  • Other Perks: Operational allowance of P1,100/month (Subject to liquidation)
  • Compensation:

Salary Range: P33,000 – P35,000/month
