GROW is currently looking for a ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER to be placed for one of our clients in the electronics industry.

Our client has made significant contributions to the world’s industrial and social infrastructure and they become a leading role in power electronics technology. The Company keeps its pursuit of developing and innovating energy technology to establish strong global footprint, and will further contribute towards developing the social and industrial infrastructure of the world.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • At least three years of sales and managerial experience in the industrial field is required.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of Inverters and Instruments, (e.g., Servo, PLC, HMI, Transmitter, Flowmeter, Gas Analyzer, etc.).
  • Proven sales track record in Drives and Automation business environment.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trains Sales and Senior Sales Engineers and achieve the KPI (Division sales budget, target strategy).
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and support throughout the Sales Process.
  • Assist the Sales Manager by participating in negotiations, and ensuring feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Be actively involved in commercial and technical discussion with customers, gather customers’ requirements, coordinate with factory on customers’ needs and submit solution proposal/s to prospects to maximize sales opportunities.

 

CLIENT LOCATION & WORK SET UP

  • Ayala, Makati City
  • Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm (Onsite)

 

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary budget of 80,000 Php to 105,000 Php
  • Meal allowance up to 600/day
