GROW is currently looking for Car Mechanic to be placed for one of our clients in a major international automotive service provider in the Netherlands.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a vocational course or diploma (TESDA NC II/III or higher) in Automotive Servicing or related fielding technical issues and identifying defects,electrical systems, welding, and mechanical works
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive/Car Mechanic
- Certified vehicle inspector/emission tester is an advantage (equivalent to MOT Inspector)
- Knowledgeable in diagnostics, automotive electronics, and modern vehicle technologies
- Good command of the English language
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs & Maintenance
- Perform all common repairs and maintenance on gasoline and diesel vehicles.
- Clean, repair, assemble, and adjust gasoline and diesel engines.
- Repair or replace clutch pressure groups, gearboxes, swing arms, and steering racks.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, including MOT checks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose technical issues and assist customers in understanding repairs.
- Report recurring problems and suggest improvements to tools or procedures.
Workshop Operations
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to safety and manufacturer standards.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and workshop management to ensure smooth workflow.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Monthly gross salary: €2,600 – €3,000 (depending on experience)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift: 08:00 – 17:00
