GROW is currently looking for an Electrical Technician to be placed for one of our clients in a Renewable Energy / Power Distribution sector in the Netherlands.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduate of a vocational course or diploma (TESDA NC II/III or higher) in Automotive Electrical, Electrical Technology, or related field (required)
  • With 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems (including low to medium voltage)
  • Holder of a relevant electrical certification/license (e.g., TESDA certification or equivalent); CEP certification is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Good English communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Operations & Technical Work
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low and medium voltage electrical networks.
  • Respond to and resolve faults in power lines and electrical systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior electrical mechanics in training.
  • Operate independently in the field using digital planning tools (tablet-based).
  • Participate in on-call and fault response service every 5 weeks.
Sample Tasks
  • Cable repairs due to excavation incidents.
  • Grid preparation for new residential areas.
  • Enhancing the reliability of existing energy infrastructure.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE 
  • Monthly gross salary: €2,600 – €3,000 (depending on experience)
  • Competitive monthly salary based on experience and certifications.
  • 24.5 vacation days per year (based on a 40 hour work week), with flexibility through the IKB plan.
