GROW is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to be placed for one of our clients in the Netherlands.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a graduate of a 3-year vocational course, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology, Automotive, or any related field
- With experience in welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Willing to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Good English communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the operational readiness and safety of various warehouse and bulk systems. You focus on preventive maintenance, ensuring that machines and installations remain in optimal condition.
- You will work on equipment related to:
- Bulk handling
- Packaging
- Silo storage
- Sorting and storage systems
- Internal transport equipment
- Your tasks include:
- Identifying, analyzing, and independently solving technical malfunctions
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Minimizing downtime through effective repairs
- Coordinating annual inspections with external service providers
- Monitoring the quality of external maintenance work
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment according to applicable safety standards
- Actively contributing improvement ideas for maintenance processes and operational efficiency
- Your role is essential with your expertise, the bulk operation continues running smoothly and reliably.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Monthly gross salary: €2,776 – €3,377 (depending on experience)
- Location: Woerden, The Netherlands
