GROW is currently looking for a Lifestyle Brand Expert for one of our clients in the Sales industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must have a 3-4 years experience in retail sales, customer service, or lifestyle brands
● Strong communication and customer engagement skills
● Sales-driven with upselling and cross-selling experience
● Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
● Fluent in English
● Open for fresh graduates
● Must be willing to do field work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide professional and personalized customer assistance, including product guidance and demonstrations
● Deliver accurate product information and support customer conversion and enrollment activities
● Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards
● Support daily store operations, including cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with company policies
● Assist in the execution of approved in-store programs and initiatives
● Maintain accurate inventory tracking, product organization, and merchandising standards
● Ensure proper handling of cash and other payment transactions
● Collaborate closely with team members to support business objectives and customer satisfaction
