QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Working experience as Help Desk Support for at least 2 years.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience in leading or managing help desk support.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Filipino
  • Knowledgeable of help desk software, databases, and remote control.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Willing to work onsite and do business trips.
  • Open for Project-Based Employment (Subject to Regularization after 18 Months).
