QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Working experience as Help Desk Support for at least 2 years.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in leading or managing help desk support.
- Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable of help desk software, databases, and remote control.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Willing to work onsite and do business trips.
- Open for Project-Based Employment (Subject to Regularization after 18 Months).
