Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics providers and distribution partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing them to enhance the supply chain function.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
