Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics providers and distribution partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing them to enhance the supply chain function.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
