QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration/Business Administration Graduate, or a related field and two years of work experience.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA processing – import and Automated Export Documentation System, customs documentation, and entry lodgement.
  • Proficient in digital marketing designs (digital designs and lay-out)
  • Adept at gathering and managing information
  • Proficiency in relevant computer application
  • Assertive, persuasive, resilient, results-oriented, highly motivated, and with high tolerance to stress and impressive negotiation skills
  • Firm customer focus through asking and using customer feedback for improvement
  • Keen attention to detail and strong adherence to excellence.
  • Must be willing to work during weekends and answer emails and phone calls after office hours
  • Exceptional English language communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint)
