Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support and guidance to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, implementing them in the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
