QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing,
    Management, Office Administration, Secretarial, HRM, or equivalent.
  • Good communication. Must possess excellent phone etiquette. Ability to multi-task,
    organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Preferably at least one (1) year of working experience in management / office clerical work.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database
    management.
  • Proficient in all office procedures including encoding, sorting, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • With the ability to work independently, strong time management skills, resourceful.
  • Able to work productively in a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Annapolis Greenhills, San Juan City.
